What’s Included in Our Coordination Process?
✅ 10 hours of planning phone and email communication (during office hours, with responses within 72 hours)
✅Up to two (2) hours of virtual or in-person meeting time for final logistics
✅ Onsite wedding day management for up to nine (9) hours
✅Final confirmations with all vendors to ensure a smooth day
✅Detailed day-of timeline & custom itineraries for the couple, family, and wedding party
✅Floor plan creation tailored to your venue
✅Rehearsal coordination (on the wedding day or the day before, by prior arrangement)
KatyGee Consultants will serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. We will provide one lead coordinator and one assistant (based on guest count) for comprehensive wedding day management.
Wedding Day Breakdown
Pre-Ceremony
✅ Receive deliveries and greet vendors
✅ Distribute bouquets and corsages to the bridal party, mothers, and grandmothers
✅ Pin boutonnieres for the groom, groomsmen, ushers, and fathers
Ceremony
✅ Assist with the processional and recessional
✅ Break down and package personal items from the ceremony site
Reception
✅ Prepare the bridal party for their grand entrance
✅ Ensure adherence to the event timeline
✅ Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors
✅ Coordinate with the DJ for key moments (first dance, speeches, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.)
✅ Prepare guests for the bride and groom send-off
✅ Break down and package personal belongings from the reception site (if within contracted hours)
💰 $200 per additional hour beyond the nine (9) contracted hours
