KatyGee Consultants Wedding & Event Planning is a wedding planner team located in Seguin, TX.

They have been in business since 2018 and are there to make your special day reflect your vision while simplifying the planning process.

Katy

Katy puts in a lot of effort as your wedding planner to give you a ceremony and reception that are precisely suited to your unique taste. She can assist you in creating your event from the ground up and has a list of preferred vendors on hand. Streamline the process of planning your big day with her helpful tools and resources. Katy is a United States Air Force retiree, she served 21 years in the Air Force and ended her last 12 years in the Texas Air National Guard where she was the NCOIC for the Texas Regional Medical Planning Team. Logistics was her life, and now with her love for weddings, she has combined the two to create amazing everlasting weddings and events for her clients!

Richard

Richard is Katy's Assistant Coordinator and husband.

Katy and Richard were married in 2008 when they both found that they loved picking up the camera and capturing moments in time!

They began photographing weddings as well as many other portraits. Richard is the perfect assistant when it comes to KatyGee Consultants, Katy has an eye for a lot but what she may not see Richard brings in the reserves! Together they make the perfect team!

You know that you have the perfect team when things just happen and you don't have to worry about things not getting done!

We'll bend over backward to make sure you have the wedding of your dreams. Our goal is to make sure you aren’t stressed at all on your wedding day. We will take care of every single thing so you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy this amazing day. And if we find out that you are stressed at all, we’ll do everything in our power to fix that as soon as possible! Do we need to change our communication throughout the process? Done. Do you need some water on the morning of the wedding? We’re on it. Do you need us to talk to a guest who’s causing drama? We’ve got you, girl!
We will make things easy and simple. Wedding planning is hard enough as it is! So we are going to help by giving you little steps that keep you stress-free and so excited for your special day.
We're here for you 24/7. Seriously. We encourage you to reach out WHENEVER you need to during the planning process. We have our business hours but that does not mean you cannot send us a message text or email. If it’s 2:00 am, and you have a question, please send us a text! We would much rather you send a text or call and leave a voicemail right then than wait until the morning and forget it. (Trust us, we silence our phones whenever we don’t want to be disturbed, so you are not being a burden to us!) We do tend to peek at our phones after hours to see if we have missed anything, so just because you may not hear right back from us, we have seen it and are probably working on what you have messaged us!
We know who our couples are. If we don't think you're a good fit for us, then we're going to let you know! And we'll encourage you to find help from another planner. We only work with couples whom we know 100% we can help and make their perfect weddings come to life exactly how they want.
