Wedding Planning Packages

For brides that have every detail finished and just need a coordinator to run the day of their wedding so they can have a stress-free day and their family can enjoy the day as well!  

We will look over the timeline that you have created and help you make adjustments, if you need a timeline built, that is an additional cost in addition to this package.   

1 Location (ceremony and reception must be at the same location  - additional charges for separate locations)

 
 THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:  

•  Unlimited email, text, and call correspondence regarding your event. 

•  Wedding day – 8 hours of service on your wedding day (Ceremony and Reception)  

        Additional hours $200 an hour

•  Coordination of events throughout the night (grand entrance, toasts, cake cutting, and more). 

•  Point of contact for all vendors -2 weeks before wedding date (up to 14 days before wedding date)

•  Oversee vendor set-up at the ceremony and reception sites (day of)

•  Ensure payment of vendor tips  (day of)

  All prices are starting at and may not be the final price! Taxes will also be added to all packages for final total cost

  *The creation of a  timeline is an additional cost.

 If you feel like you’ve got the planning portion of your day covered but you want to make sure your wedding is creative, original and has that wow factor, then this is the package for you. 

For brides who have done most all their planning and want to make sure that their day goes as they have planned. 

This package starts 30 days before the wedding date.

 THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:  

•  Assist with the day-of timeline and custom day-of itineraries for the couple and wedding party) and make sure that your day goes as planned so that you and your family can enjoy the day. 

•  Unlimited email, text, and call correspondence regarding your event. 

•  Wedding day – 8 hours of service on your wedding day.  

•   Arrangement + coordination of events throughout the night (grand entrance, toasts, cake cutting, and more). 

•  Point of contact for all vendors -2 weeks prior to the wedding date

•  1 hour day before wedding rehearsal walkthrough

•  Provide an emergency bridal kit, personalized by your coordinator.  

•  Manage /oversee vendor set-up at the ceremony and reception sites 

•  Ensure payment of vendor tips  (day of)

We will be in it with you from the first step, taking you through each step of the planning and design process, ensuring that not one detail is missed. We will be basically handling everything. Finding all your vendors, helping you make the final decision on the best fit for you! 

This package starts once the contract is signed and the deposit is received.

•  Virtual layout + seating chart (if desired)

•  Venue walkthrough with venue coordinator 

•  Day-before rehearsal walkthrough.

•  Ensure payment of vendor tips and balances are taken care of per your payments.

  This package is perfect for a couple who is looking for assistance from start to finish. We will be in it with you from the first step, taking you through each step of the planning and design process, ensuring that not one detail is missed.  We will be basically handling everything.  By finding all your vendors, you make the final decision on which are selected. This package starts once the contract is signed and the deposit is received. 

2 Location (ceremony and reception must be within 10 miles) Further distance between locations may be added for a fee.

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

•  Free Initial Consultation

•  In-person meetings and unlimited virtual meetings (text, phone, email).

•  Wedding day – Unlimited hours of service on your wedding day.

•  Budget sheet + payment tracker.

•  Venue scouting and selection.

•  Vendor recommendations and assistance in booking.

•  Full day-of coordination (we believe in being present on the day-of from the beginning to the end of 

       the event). Unlimited Hours

•  Assistance with invitations, website, tastings, and tours.

•  Assistance with hotel accommodations/transportation services for the entire wedding.

•  Complete floorplan layout with seating chart (if desired).

•  Wedding attire assistance including color palette and appointment attendance for couple and 

       wedding party.

•  Detailed day-of timeline and custom day-of itineraries for the couple and wedding party.

•  Final venue walkthrough with caterer and coordinator.

•  Rehearsal walkthrough (day before).

•  Set up & break down support and overseeing (day-of).

•  Thank You card assistance.
