Katy Gee Consultants provides full wedding day management, serving as the main point of contact for all vendors. You’ll have a lead coordinator and an assistant to ensure everything runs smoothly.

✅ Greet and check in vendors
✅ Set up & clean up of personal décor (welcome table, memorial table, sweetheart table, etc.)
✅ Distribute bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres
✅ Pin boutonnieres for the groom, groomsmen, fathers, grandfathers, and ushers

✅ Coordinate processional & recessional
✅ Breakdown & pack personal items from the ceremony site (if needed)

✅ Welcome guests and assist as needed
✅ Prepare the bridal party for their grand entrance
✅ Ensure the timeline is followed smoothly
✅ Distribute final vendor payments & gratuities
✅ Coordinate with the DJ for key moments (first dance, speeches, cake cutting, etc.)
✅ Organize the send-off for the couple
✅ Breakdown & pack personal items from the reception site

 💰 $200 per additional hour beyond 12 contracted hours
